About the event

The event is about celebrating Swastika and Ahum foundation which educates students through Classical Dance and Music. 

Here we learn Bharathanatyam an Indian classical dance form and also Carnatic music.

Ahum foundation is conducts an activity for an entire month during summers for underserved children and educate and expose them to different kinds of art - performance art, visual art, creative art and more..

Why should you sponsor?

The event is ticketed. The money from these tickets will go an summer workshop that happens every known as Kalakrida. It equips underserved children/ youth with confidence, skills and a sense of purpose.

At the end of the workshop we hold a performance showcasing the youth's talents and building their confidence.

I'm a student of the Ahum Swastika foundation. As we are looking for sponsors to facilitate our event Aananda - celebrating 15 years of art and music. Plus this event is ticketed where the amount goes to a summer workshop - Kalakrida for underserved youth, building their confidence, skills and sense of purpose. 

I truly believe these youth should be exposed to heights they can reach to. The barrier to achieve their should be broken and inculate them with confidence to approach and try things out in life. Hence, I am happy to be a part of support group for the workshop to take place.
