We encourage attendees to come dressed up in your cutest outfit, enjoy the activities offered, watch (or participate) in our J Fashion Show, and find something new to take home from our 30+ kawaii-themed vendors!

Why should you sponsor?

This year, we are excited to announce the second annual Kawaii Summer Festival, which will take place at Anime Paradaisu in Raleigh, NC, on June 29, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Building on the success of last year's inaugural event, we are eager to expand and offer even more opportunities for growth and engagement.

In 2024, we hosted a successful trial run with approximately 600 attendees, featuring 11 vendors, a small maid café, and an Idol Fest, all marketed through our host venue, Anime Paradaisu. Most of our vendors reported positive sales, averaging 20 transactions each, with a few experiencing even higher results.

For 2025, we are significantly expanding the scope of the festival. We expect to host over 30 vendors, 1-2 food trucks, a maid café, a Sanrio Cuties meet-up, a gaming swap, a J-Fashion Show, and a photo booth—all centered around the theme of "cute" and celebrating Japanese culture. With an enhanced advertising strategy across multiple channels, we anticipate a minimum of 2,000 attendees.

Our target audience includes individuals between the ages of 16 and 45, with a focus on women and families, though we also expect interest from male attendees, particularly for the gaming swap and vendor offerings. Participants will be drawn to the event by a shared passion for anime, fashion, and kawaii culture.

We believe that sponsors who align with these interests will gain significant exposure. However, we welcome a broad range of sponsorships beyond these categories to ensure diverse representation.

Depending on your contribution, we can offer these types of services in return:

• Booth space for selling merchandise and advertising services to attendees.

• Shout-out sponsor post on our social media platforms and website.

• Business mention (30 seconds to 2 minutes) during the J-Fashion Show, with a provided script for seamless integration into the event schedule.

• Your company logo could be on all of our flyers and promo print materials

Hello!

My name is Melissa, the event organizer for Kawaii Summer Festival. This is our second year building this event from the ground up. Our first year was already a small success, and we are working towards making this year bigger and better with more activities, more vendors, and better advertising strategies. 

Outside of this event, I have also had success running my small business, Galaxy Dreams Maid Cafe, where we have had a high small event success rate at about 95% of our events will meet or exceed our budget and attendance goals. I have had lots of experience through this company to build relationships with other small business owners, vendors, venues, and build our fan base with our attendees! 

I hope to extend that experience and trust I've built along the way with you, a sponsor for our upcoming Kawaii Summer Festival, so that we may both benefit from this event's success.
